Purpose of the job:
The Post 16 Lead supports the Project Manager to ensure the effective daily operations of Oarsome Chance’s Post 16 programme offer at our (Havant) Apex Centre. Providing a high quality, safe, welcoming, and secure educational offer for young people at a Post 16 level, and responsibility for quality delivery of a registered Post 16 offer.
